4. When Will I Be Charged?

Payment is collected at the time of delivery.
After an order is placed successfully, the customer receives an order confirmation email containing the order details and total amount due.
Orders are processed after order confirmation.

Caps Unlimited is hosted on Shopify, which is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.

All customer information is transmitted using SSL encryption.
We do not store sensitive banking or payment information on our servers.
Orders are verified through secure systems to help prevent fraudulent activities.

6. Order Verification

Please ensure your shipping and contact information is accurate when placing your order. Orders flagged by automated fraud prevention systems may be delayed or cancelled for security reasons.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
